Max New York Life (MNYL) Insurance Company Limited is a joint venture between - Max India Limited, a multi-business corporate and New York Life International, a global expert in life insurance. Lately, it has entered Bancassurance with Pune's Shree Suvarna Sahakari Cooperative Bank.

The bank has a client base of 4 lakh agents and through this attempt MNYL has widened its scope of selling life insurance products to more and more clientele through its branch network. It will sell the life products to the bank's customers.

Since its inception, it has been branching out throughout the country. It is soon going to expand its network in Gujarat. It also has plans to double its business from 5 to 10 offices. Besides, Max India has also invested Rs.300 crore in Max New York life and Rs.100 crore in Max Healthcare Institute.
