Biocon Ltd., India’s leading biotech company, will double its current number of employees in the next two years to keep pace with the growth in the pharma sector. The company is planning to double the manpower to 4,000 from 2,000 at present. Biocon also expects to complete the Rs. 750 Crore international standard Biotech Park mega-project at Bangalore in the next four to five months.
