Singapore International Airlines (SIA) has become the first carrier to offer live television on scheduled long-haul services. These services are provided through its Connexion by Boeing in flight wireless broadband service.

Travellers using Connexion can watch live news on their laptops on its London-Singapore service, while all passengers will be able to see live television from March 2006.
