Mudra Brand Therapist adds new businesses

Mudra Brand Therapist, the ‘healthcare and lifestyle’ offering of DDB network in India, has added five new businesses.

There are four brands under the USV umbrella — Coromax, Fluxum, Glycomet GP and Lipicard AV. The Glenmark flagship consists of Viralol and Nebinex. Besides these, there are Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, a special project on OC pill range for Wyeth and Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT).

The size of these five businesses is pegged in the region of Rs 7 crore to 8 crore.

The agency has recruited new talents as well. Prithviraj Sengupta has been appointed director, brand communications.

Priya Gupta and Liji John have joined as manager, brand communications.

Sengupta has mostly worked on the client’s side. He started his career with Pharmamed as a medical representative and then moved to Organon. After serving the organisation for 14 years, he shifted base to Mumbai in 2005 and shifted careers too.

He joined Mega Mind advertising agency and then finally made his transition to Mudra Brand Therapist.

Priya Gupta started her career with McCann Erickson’s healthcare division. She then moved to the healthcare division of Ogilvy and Mather, where she served the agency for a year.

Gupta, before finally moving to Brand Therapist, had a brief stint with Emcure Pharmaceuticals. Liji John started her career with Contract and then moved Brand Therapist.
