IIM-Kozhikode is all set to launch an academic course on BPO industry. Sources said that IIM-K will launch this course in association with industry leader Genpact. This course content will include operations in a BPO, people management and technology among other topics. IIM-K would also impart training in Six Sigma. Its classes will be held on the weekends and the faculty for the same will include senior executives from the company.
