Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has inked a MoU with Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to promote cooperation in agricultural education.

The objective of the MoU is to establish mutual relations between scientific and technical divisions of the organisations, identifying learning needs of researchers and sharing expertise in developing, open and distance learning approaches.
